RK Industries is a cosmetic contract manufacturing house taking shape in Panadura. The facility is in its final stages. Our high-end machinery is crossing the ocean toward us right now. And the most important part of the factory, the people, is what we are building next.
We are hiring founding R&D staff: formulation scientists, cosmetic chemists, and quality specialists.
Here is our honest pitch. You will not inherit someone else’s lab. You will set it up. The methods, the systems, the standards: blank pages, and your name on the first drafts. Very few chemists ever get that chance.
In time, brands will walk through our doors and leave with finished products: formulation, manufacturing, packaging, and NMRA registration under one roof.
