AUDIT OFFICER (Head Office)

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in internal/external auditing, accounting, or a similar role.
Experience in a Big Four accounting firm or the construction industry will be an advantage.
Knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, risk management, and audit procedures.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different divisions.
Candidates residing in or around Kurunegala are preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct internal audits of company operations and processes.
Identify risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
Review internal controls and financial processes.
Prepare audit findings and recommendations and follow up on corrective actions.
Support management in strengthening risk management, compliance, and internal controls.
