Key Responsibilities
* Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, challenges, and functional requirements, and translate them into clear and actionable requirements.
* Business Analysis & Documentation: Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other relevant project documentation.
* User Stories & Acceptance Criteria: Write clear, concise, and testable user stories and acceptance criteria that provide development and QA teams with a clear understanding of expected outcomes.
* Wireframing & Solution Understanding: Create wireframes and process flows to communicate proposed solutions and support discussions with stakeholders and technical teams.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst, Associate Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar IT/business analysis role.
* Business Analysis Skills: Practical experience in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and working with software development teams.
* Technical Documentation: Hands-on experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, process flows, and other BA documentation.
* Wireframing: Basic experience creating wireframes and using them to communicate requirements and proposed solutions.
* Agile & SDLC Knowledge: Understanding of Agile methodologies, software development lifecycle, and common project/product development practices.
* Collaboration: Ability to effectively coordinate with developers, QA teams, UI/UX designers, project managers, and business stakeholders.
* Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, attention to detail, and ability to break down complex requirements into clear and actionable tasks.
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the confidence to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
