- BSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Mandatory HVAC sales experience (Sri Lanka or overseas)
- Proven specification (prescription) selling to consultants & contractors
- Track record leading high-performing sales teams
- Experience with VRV/VRF, chillers or BMS is a plus
