Position: Manager – Talent Acquisition & Employee Relations
Location: Colombo

Experience Required: 7–10 years of relevant HR experience with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations (banking/finance sector experience preferred)

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or a professional qualification in a related field
