Join the DevOps Team at LB Finance PLC
We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to provide technical leadership across software delivery, infrastructure automation, observability, production reliability, capacity planning, and disaster recovery.
The role mainly focuses on on-premises infrastructure, Azure DevOps Server, Windows and Linux platforms, CI/CD, containers, automation, monitoring, and enterprise production support.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
· Lead the design, standardization, and continuous improvement of CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps Server.
· Lead application deployments across Windows IIS, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, production, and disaster recovery environments.
· Provide technical leadership and mentoring to DevOps Engineers and Interns.
· Implementing automation initiatives using PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ansible, Terraform, and related tools.
· Implementing monitoring, logging, alerting, and application performance monitoring standards.
· Lead major incident investigations and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
· Coordinate disaster recovery planning, failover exercises, recovery validation, and environment readiness.
· Stay updated with emerging technologies, lead proof-of-concept initiatives, and recommend solutions that deliver business value.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
· BSc degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
· 4–6 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, infrastructure automation, systems engineering, or application operations.
· Certification for Windows Server, IIS, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes; OpenShift is a plus.
· The practical exposure for DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, firewalls, proxies, load balancers, Azure/ AWS Cloud, IAM, secrets management, certificates, OAuth2/OIDC Is an added advantage.
