Trynovation (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a technically skilled, responsible, and leadership-oriented IT Operations Manager to join our team.
🔧 KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced knowledge of Computer Hardware & Software
- Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of Networking & Network Troubleshooting
- Strong analytical thinking and practical intelligence
- Ability to take team leadership responsibilities
- Ability to coordinate, guide, and supervise team members
- Strong decision-making and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of IT operations
- Valid Driving License is required 🚗
- Previous IT/technical or management experience will be an advantage
💰 SALARY & BENEFITS
💵 Starting Salary: LKR 55,000+
