1️⃣ Civil Engineer (Qualified & Trainee)
2️⃣ Quantity Surveyor – QS (Qualified & Trainee)
🔹 For Qualified Candidates:
- Recognized Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying (BSc / NDT / NDES / HND).
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience, particularly in high-end residential or commercial projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage contractors, clients, and site personnel effectively.
- For QS:Sound knowledge of BOQ preparation, bill checking, and cost management.
- For Civil Engineers:Excellent site management, quality control, and execution skills.
🔹 For Trainee Candidates:
- Completed or currently pursuing a relevant Degree or Diploma.
- A strong desire to gain hands-on practical experience under the direct supervision of Chartered Engineers.
- Dedicated, hardworking, and a great team player.
