Responsibilities:-

• Applicants should be willing to go out in the field to bring business

• Meet the lending targets allocated

• Plan and achieve agreed investment target.

• Monitor the branch credit portfolio & provide solutions to customers with difficulties in repayment terms

Requirements:-

• Candidate should possess a valid riding/ driving license.

• Possess good communication skills

• Must be highly motivated, with a superior level of initiative with strong negotiation skills

• Be a committed team player in achieving common business goals

• Should be courteous, patient, and solutions focused with customers

• Good working knowledge in MS Office.

• Passed G.C.E A/L or G.C.E O/L

• Preferably from Colombo and suburb.
