About the Role:–

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Assistant to join our global company.

Requirements:-

Minimum requirement: Diploma in IT.- Must be fluent in English.- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.- Strong attention to detail is essential.- Ability to work onsite during night shifts (8pm-4am).

– Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

– Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Linux).

– Basic understanding of networking principles.

– Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

– Good communication and interpersonal skills.

– Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.

– Knowledge of hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance.
