From this position, we expect to create social media marketing strategies for our company and products, execute them and bring them in such a way that we can give a great competition.
The job description is below.
1. Creating brand awareness of our company and products (in the digital space)
2. Creating strategy to increase the traffic of company and product websites, generate leads.
3. Performance monitoring of campaigns and strategies.
4. Identifying trends and insights and making and changing strategies accordingly.
5. Advising our team about creating product landing pages, creating a marketing funnel.
6. Analyze the competition and create a strategy to beat it accordingly.
7. Understanding our budget.
8. Dealing with things like how to take a new product to the market, how to use social media, what kind of campaign to do, what kind of campaign to do after launch, what kind of posts should be.
9. Target markets are mainly US, Canada, Australia, Sri Lanka
10. Must have a good understanding of platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tiktok, Google.
**Special **
1. There are places where you can get formal education about social media in Sri Lanka. If you have a diploma or a degree, we will give you first place.
2. Should have special knowledge about US, Canada, Australia, Sri Lanka markets.
3. The ability to speak English is not essential, but it is good if you have it. The reason is that “perhaps” you will also sit for the meetings we have with the English people.
4. This position is related to strategy development. So don’t get confused, we are looking for a strategist. Otherwise, it is not a position like “five posts and five graphics per week”.
6. You should have the knowledge of how to research a market, what the competition is like, and how to beat the competition
