Key Responsibilities:–
Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring high standards of service.
– Manage and train spa staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
.- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
– Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
– Manage budgets, inventory, and supplies.
Requirements:-
Proven experience as a Spa Manager or similar role.
– Excellent leadership and communication skills.-
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.-
Knowledge of spa treatments, services, and products.-
Ability to manage and motivate a team.- Customer-
oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail.
