Responsibilities:•-

Maintain employee records promptly and ensure data accuracy within the HRIS.

• Manage employee medical insurance processes, including enrollment, claims, and renewals

.• Assist with payroll administration with related to leave management.

• Prepare employee-related letters, including salary confirmation, service confirmation, and salary remittance letters.

• Maintain accurate employee records and handle confidential information with integrity.

• Act as a liaison between management and employees to address HR related issues and concerns.

• Assist in ensuring employee compliance according to the labor law.

Qualifications:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Human Resources or related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI

• Proficiency in HRIS administration is a prerequisite for this role

.• Specific working knowledge of local regulations and policies related to payroll.

• Proven experience in advanced Excel functions & data analysis techniques is a must.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal & communication skills.

• Foster open communication and collaboration
