About the Role:-
We are seeking an experienced Commi Cook (I/II/III) proficient in both Sri Lankan and Western cuisine.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking and be able to work efficiently in a dynamic kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:-
• Assist in the preparation of meals, ensuring quality and taste meet the highest standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver a diverse range of Sri Lankan and Western dishes.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
• Follow health and safety guidelines strictly during food preparation.
• Support the head chef and perform other kitchen duties as required.
Requirements:-
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan and Western cuisine.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.
