Technical Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:-

* Technical Expertise: A deep understanding of solar energy systems, including components, installation processes, and maintenance requirements.

* Customer Needs Assessment: Identifying potential customers, understanding their energy consumption patterns, and determining the suitability of solar energy solutions.

* Solution Design: Designing custom solar energy systems that meet the specific needs and budget of each customer.

* Proposal Development: Creating comprehensive proposals, including technical specifications, cost estimates, and return on investment calculations.

* Customer Presentations: Effectively communicating the benefits of solar energy systems to potential customers, addressing their concerns and objections.

* Negotiation: Negotiating contracts and terms with customers to close deals.

* Project Management: Overseeing the installation and commissioning of solar energy systems, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.

* After-Sales Support: Providing ongoing support to customers, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and warranty claims.
