The ideal candidate should possess the following prerequisites.

Successfully completed G. C. E. A/L Examination.

Currently following a Degree/Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management.

Good command of the English Language.
Good Computer Literacy.

Sound Interpersonal Skills.

Previous experience in Human Resources/Administration would be an added advantage.

Preference will be given to candidates residing in close proximity to Colombo.
