Key Responsibilities:-
• Oversee and manage online booking sites (Booking.com, Agoda, and others) to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Handle reservations, pricing, and ensure smooth communication with booking platforms.
• Develop and maintain relationships with guests, ensuring excellent customer service at every step.
• Lead, train, and manage hotel staff to deliver a top-notch guest experience.
• Implement and maintain hotel standards, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:-
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Experience in hotel management and handling online booking sites.
• Professional qualifications in hospitality or business management are highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
