🌟Are you an experienced accountant passionate about international trade?

Rockleaf Tea, a leading tea exporter, is looking for a dedicated professional to join our team and drive financial excellence in the global tea industry.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:-

*Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.

*Ensure compliance with PAYE, WHT, VAT, SVAT, and TIEP Scheme regulations.

*Manage foreign exchange and UCP 22000 trading terms.

*Handle credit facilities, packing loans, and interest rate management with banks.

*Collaborate with Customs, EDB, Tea Board, and other regulatory bodies.

*Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.Lead and mentor junior accounting staff.

🎯 Requirements:

*CIMA-qualified or partly qualified Chartered Accountant (experience in tea exports is a plus).

*Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting or finance.

*Proficient in QuickBooks, MS Office, and compliance regulations.

*Expertise in foreign exchange and INCOTERMS.

*Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
