📌 REQUIREMENTS
🎓 Part Qualification in ACCA / CIMA / CA Sri Lanka OR
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Management
🏢 Experience in an Audit Firm (Required)
📅 4–8 years of accounting experience
💼 Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan Taxation & Compliance
💻 Proficiency in QuickBooks & MS Excel
🧠 Strong analytical, organizational & time-management skills
⏳ Ability to meet deadlines & work under pressure
🔐 High level of confidentiality, integrity & attention to detail
📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
📌 Manage daily operations – payables, receivables & bank reconciliations
📈 Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements
📑 Ensure accuracy & compliance with accounting standards
🧾 Supervise and guide junior accounting staff
🤝 Coordinate with auditors, management & internal departments
