Accountant/ Assistant Accountant

We are currently looking for dynamic professionals to join our team as Accountant / Assistant Accountant.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare and present accurate monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Handle day-to-day accounting functions including ledger maintenance and bank reconciliations.
Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate settlements.
Assist with tax computations and ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with external auditors and cross-functional teams during audit processes.
Analyze cost structures, providing valuable insights to enhance decision-making.
Strengthen internal financial controls and optimize accounting procedures.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:

Fully qualified in CA, CIMA, ACCA
At least 6 years of experience in finance, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
Experience in Retail, ICT, or System Integration industries will be an added advantage.
Proven analytical skills and commercial acumen, especially in product or service-driven sectors.
Strong experience with ERP systems and financial modeling tools.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
