About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our Finance Department. The ideal candidate will be proactive, energetic, and passionate about contributing to a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Utilize ERP systems and MS Office for accounting processes
- Work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
- Part professional qualification in ICASL/CIMA
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a manufacturing organization
- Age below 35
- Strong knowledge of current accounting principles and software applications
- Experience with ERP systems and MS Office essential
- Energetic, positive attitude, and passionate about the role
- Preference for candidates residing close to Colombo
