We’re Hiring: Admin & Maintenance Intern

🚨 Expo Ceylon is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Admin & Maintenance Intern to join our growing logistics and export operations team.

This is a great opportunity for an entry-level candidate who wants hands-on experience in administration, maintenance coordination, and operational support across multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and report maintenance issues in branches and head office

• Maintain trackers and follow up until issues are resolved

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers under supervision

• Monitor and manage stationery and supply stock levels

• Maintain inventory records and ensure timely replenishment

• Assist in collecting, verifying, and tracking bills and payments

• Support packaging material handling and availability

• Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping across locations

• Monitor office and branch conditions regularly

• Maintain asset records and track damages or replacements

• Track utility usage such as electricity and water

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports

• Coordinate with branches and internal teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Entry-level / Internship position

• Basic knowledge of office administration is an advantage

• Strong attention to detail

• Good coordination and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Good follow-up and task management skills

• Highly organized and structured

• Responsive and execution-focused

• Willingness to handle both office and field tasks

• Responsible and disciplined approach to work
