We’re Hiring – AI / Machine Learning Engineer
IYKONS is looking for a passionate AI/ML Engineer to join our team and build intelligent, scalable machine learning solutions. You will work closely with data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy models into production.
🔎 Role Overview
As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models while ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and production-ready.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop machine learning models for real-world applications
- Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines (data → training → deployment)
- Support MLOps practices including model training, testing, and deployment
- Optimize model performance (latency, accuracy, scalability)
- Work with datasets: preprocessing, feature engineering, and validation
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver AI-driven solutions
- Assist in monitoring model performance and handling model drift
✅ Experience & Technical Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Software Engineering or Machine Learning
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Hands-on experience in building and deploying ML models
- Understanding of REST APIs and integration of ML services
- Familiarity with Docker (basic level)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP – any one)
- Knowledge of data handling, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines
⭐ Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, etc.)
- Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) or RAG systems
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Understanding of data privacy and AI ethics
