Our current focus includes developing a secure, private Large Language Model (LLM) tailored for enterprise use.
Role Overview :-
We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated AI/ML Interns to join our Research & Development team.
You’ll contribute to the development and fine-tuning of a domain-specific LLM, experiment with leading AI frameworks, and support innovation in privacy-focused AI solutions at WIS.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, clean, and organize data for AI model training Fine-tune and evaluate open-source LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon)
Work with parameter-efficient training methods (LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT) Develop and test NLP pipelines and preprocessing workflows Collaborate with AI and backend engineers for model integration Document experiments, findings, and performance results
Requirements
Undergraduate or recent graduate in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
Strong knowledge of Python and machine learning fundamentals Familiarity with PyTorch, Transformers, or Hugging Face frameworks Interest in NLP and LLM development
Awareness of data privacy and responsible AI practices Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills Bonus Skills (Preferred)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Knowledge of Docker, Git, or LangChain Exposure to text data or model fine-tuning projects
