We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer to oversee cloud, on-premise and client web applications.

Essential Skills

💠Strong verbal and written communication skills in English is mandatory.

💠Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently and professionally.

💠Minimum 06 months working experience in a similar capacity.

💠Respond to technical issues raised internally or by clients and help identify root causes.

💠Engage with clients for any clarifications and make strong relationships.

💠Work with customers for incident troubleshooting.

💠Assist in monitoring system performance and proactively identifying potential issues that could impact customer experience.

💠Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is maintained.

💠Adapt to a 24/7 rotating shift schedule to provide consistent IT support, ensuring business continuity across global teams.

💠 The candidate should be a fast learner with minimum supervision.
