👷‍♂️ 1. ASSISTANT ENGINEER

Qualifications: NDT / HNDE / NDES or equivalent in Civil Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in building construction.

Skills: Site supervision, labor handling, and ability to work under pressure.

Note: Fresh graduates with a learning mindset may also apply.

📊 2. QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS)

Qualifications: NCT / HNDE / IQSSL or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in BOQ preparation, material taking-off, and final accounts.

Skills: AutoCAD, Excel, and negotiation skills. Accuracy is a must.

⚡ 3. ELECTRICIAN

Qualifications: NVQ Level 3/4 certification.

Experience: Domestic & Industrial wiring, troubleshooting, and conduit laying.

Requirement: Must be reliable and able to work with minimal supervision.
