About the Role :-

Colombo International Campus (CIC) is expanding its academic team and seeking a skilled Assistant Lecturer in Engineering to deliver both theoretical instruction and practical lab sessions. This position is ideal for dynamic candidates who can bridge technical engineering concepts with applied teaching practice.

Key Responsibilities:-

* Deliver theory lectures and hands-on laboratory sessions in engineering topics.

* Oversee practical experiments, guiding students through applied tasks and safety protocols.

* Create Pearson-aligned assignments and project-based assessments.

* Uphold laboratory safety, SOPs, MOPs, and risk management practices.

* Participate in internal assessment processes, standardisation, and audit readiness.

Minimum Qualifications :-

Essential: BSc in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or General Engineering.

Desirable: MSc in a relevant engineering discipline.

Fresh graduates with First Class or Second Upper degrees are invited to apply.
