ASSISTANT MANAGER – HUMAN RESOURCES

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: –

Assist the HR Manager in executing HR duties by implementing HR strategies and procedures aimed at fostering strong employee relations. Coordinate and conduct effective recruitment campaigns, facilitate the orientation and training of new employees, and ensure proper documentation is completed.

Support employee career development through regular performance assessments and appropriate training initiatives.

Provide counseling to employees to enhance understanding of employer-employee relationships, and assist with conflict resolution and management.

Set individual KPIs, cascade them across departments, and enhance the existing performance management system to align it with reward structures.

Prepare HR reports and provide data-driven insights to support management decisions through various HR metrics and analyses. Plan, develop, monitor, and manage the HR budget in alignment with the company’s business plan.

Develop and improve HR strategies, policies, manuals, procedures, and initiatives that align with the company’s objectives, while maintaining accurate records of all HR functions.

Manage employee payroll and benefits plans; conduct compensation and benefits market surveys when necessary.

CANDIDATE PROFILE: –

A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or a professional qualification in Human Resource Management (HRM) from a recognized institution.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity within a reputed organization.

Experience in integrating HR functions with HRIS systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.

Strong interpersonal skills and an analytical mindset.

Sound knowledge of labor laws is essential.

Result-oriented, with the ability to introduce innovative HR concepts to support organizational growth.
