Position Overview

👇We are seeking an Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager with the potential to grow into the role of Chief Sales and Marketing Officer (CSMO).

This is a unique opportunity to be part of our senior leadership team and drive the strategic direction of our innovative rural development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

👇✔ Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the Village-to-Village Entrepreneurial Development Project

✔ Create and manage marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our social impact and business objectives

✔ Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including rural entrepreneurs, government officials, and NGOs

✔ Design and execute sales strategies to expand our project’s reach across Sri Lanka

✔ Lead market research initiatives to identify new opportunities and optimize existing programs

✔ Manage and analyze marketing metrics to ensure campaign effectiveness

✔ Collaborate with operational teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and ground-level implementation

✔ Mentor and guide rural entrepreneurs in marketing and sales best practices

✔ Represent the company at industry events and forums

Required Qualifications

✔ Knowledge of sustainable development practices

✔ Track record of successful campaign management
