🎯 Associate Business Analyst

🎯 Requirements:
🔸 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or Project Management.
🔸 Minimum of one (01) year of experience in an Associate Business Analyst role.
🔸 Familiarity with ERP/SFA software or experience in sales operations.
🔸 Strong understanding of business processes and familiarity with software solutions.
🔸 Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
🔸 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
🔸 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
🔸 Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence others.
🔸 Knowledge of SQL Server and the ability to write SQL queries is a plus.
🔸 Knowledge of Project Management and SDLC is an advantage.
🔸 Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

🎯Responsibilities:
🔸 Collaborate closely with the project team to understand project requirements and assist in clarifying any requirements-related questions.
🔸 Help in analyzing and documenting requirements, creating product backlogs, and participating in backlog training sessions.
🔸 Support the development team in ensuring functional requirements and quality standards are met.
🔸 Assist with release management, coordinating with the technical team and clients to ensure smooth deployments.
🔸 Participate in project User Acceptance Testing (UAT), help create user manuals, and provide user training as needed.
🔸 Conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients, showcasing product features and communicating our vision and roadmap.
🔸 Maintain effective coordination and prioritization to support project goals and timelines.
