Nawaloka Hospitals PLC is looking for a motivated Associate Data Analyst to join our growing team and support data-driven decision making in a dynamic healthcare environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities :-
• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple internal systems
• Analyze healthcare and operational data to identify trends and insights
• Develop dashboards and reports for management and business teams
• Work with databases and manage structured datasets
• Support marketing, operations, and management teams with data insights
• Create visual reports and performance dashboards
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
• Assist in improving data reporting and automation processes
🔹 Technical Requirements
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Understanding of SQL databases such as MySQL
• Experience with data visualization tools like Microsoft Power BI or Tableau
• Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis is an advantage
• Understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with large datasets and generate insights
🔹 Qualifications
• Degree or diploma in IT, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or reporting (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
