💼 We Are Hiring: Associate QA Engineer

✨ Key Responsibilities:-

• Review business requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and constructive feedback.

• Design and maintain detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test scenarios and test cases.

• Execute a variety of testing types including functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing to ensure software quality.

• Accurately identify, document, and track defects; communicate issues effectively to relevant parties for timely resolution

. • Support CI/CD pipelines by executing and validating automated test cases.

• Collaborate with internal teams to define system requirements and ensure test coverage.

• Analyze test results to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement, and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Investigate the root causes of software anomalies and assist users in implementing corrective actions.

• Stay up to date with emerging testing tools, technologies, and industry best practices to continuously enhance QA processes.

🎓 Qualifications:-

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in software quality assurance & testing role.

• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Practical experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent tools.

• Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.

• Strong working knowledge of SQL and experience in validating data across systems.

• Experience in banking & financial services domains is a significant advantage.

• Exposure to Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), Test-Driven Development (TDD), & Domain-Driven Design (DDD) is preferred.

• Proficiency in using issue tracking and project management tools such as JIRA.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• ISTQB Foundation Level certification is an added advantage.
