As we continue to drive our digital agenda, we’re looking for a talented Business Analyst to lead the charge in bridging business needs with technology delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Act as Product Owner for assigned systems/modules, aligning features with business needs.
• Collaborate with PMO and development teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with developers, QA, and UX in agile sprints (planning, grooming, delivery).
• Liaise with stakeholders to translate complex needs into actionable solutions.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance automation and user experience.
• Stay current with FinTech and regulatory trends to guide solution planning.

Experience , Skills & Qualifications
• 3–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in stakeholder collaboration and project coordination.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Exposure to core banking, digital lending, gold/pawning, Customer Onboarding or cash management are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills—written and verbal.
• Able to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
• Certifications in BA (CBAP, CCBA) or Agile (CSPO, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
