Business Development Lead – Fleet & Al Solutions

As we expand our Fleet Management SaaS platform (tracking, maintenance, compliance) and Al Voice Agents (call, SMS & chat automation), we are looking for a high-performing Business Development Lead to drive market growth and win key enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and close new B2B customers Target logistics, transport operators, fleet owners, and enterprise clients Manage the full sales cycle: outreach demo proposal close Build, forecast, and manage a strong sales pipeline

Ideal Candidate Profile

3-7 years of B2B sales experience Background in SaaS, IT solutions, fleet tech, or enterprise technology Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills Self-driven, target-oriented, and growth-focused mindset
