Job Description
Hayleyn Lanka Motors is looking for a friendly, well-spoken, and responsible Call Operator to handle incoming and outgoing calls related to vehicle inquiries, appointments, and customer support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and politely
• Respond to customer inquiries about vehicles, prices, availability, and promotions
• Schedule appointments for vehicle viewing, test drives, and services
• Maintain accurate call records and customer details
• Follow up with potential customers and leads
• Coordinate with sales and service teams when required
Requirements & Qualifications
• GCE A/L qualification
• Good communication skills in Sinhala (English is an advantage)
• Pleasant voice and customer-friendly attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, WhatsApp, CRM – if applicable)
• Previous experience as a call operator or customer service representative is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
