Chief Digital & Data Officer (CDDO)

We are looking for a Chief Digital & Data Officer (CDDO) who will define and execute Hemas Holdings’ Group-wide digital and data strategy to transform the enterprise into a data-driven, digitally enabled organization.

This role is responsible for embedding digital architecture, analytics, automation, and innovation across all businesses – spanning FMCG, Healthcare, Leisure, and Logistics.

The CDDO will lead digital platform integration build a unified data and Al ecosystem, and drive automation, advanced analytics, and digital customer experiences.

This position plays a pivotal role in shaping Hemas’ next phase of technology-led growth, ensuring digital investments directly drive revenue, efficiency, and market competitiveness.

Position is at colombo open for full time employment or full time contract.
