Compliance & QUALITY SYSTEM MANAGER
Contrinex Ceylon is a BOI approved company in Wattala and is a subsidiary of Contrinex Group Switzerland.
We manufacture sensors as a global production hub upholding strict Swiss quality standards to serve the global market.
Responsibilities:
– Management of quality system documentation globally
– Ensure compliance with business certifications.
– Ensure compliance with regulations (POP, Reach, RoHS, Scip, Chemsherpa, Conflict mineral, Prop65, Russian steel, WEEE, GDSP, GDRP, CSDDD, PPWR, …) in the industry standards relative to products and supply chain.
– Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to implement regulations.
– Handle Certificate of Compliance (CoC)
– Make global audit plan. Plan and coordinate ISO 9001, UL, DNV, CCC, TüV audits, follow up on non-conformity, improvements, communication with audit body.
– Plan and coordinate customer audits, follow up nonconformity, improvements, communication with customer.
– Perform certification/marking/customer audits globally.
– Follow up on improvements and corrective actions, and update audit database.
– Define, manage and update the calibration processes and rules, following the ISO 9001 regulations
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Engineering or Business Management
. – Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality, compliance related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
– Experience working for a global organization handling compliance and quality mgt.
– Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
– Strong analytical, auditing and reporting skills.
– Ability to communicate effectively in English and Sinhala.
– Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify risks and recommend solutions.
– Advance knowledge in handling MS Word, Excel, PPP, ERP system (SAP System) will be an added advantage
– Excellent leadership and teamwork.
