✨Role Overview:-
*We are seeking a dedicated Cybersecurity Engineer with a strong focus on the Trend Micro ecosystem.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of security solutions, from initial implementation to ongoing support and complex troubleshooting.

*This is a hybrid role, offering a balance of *remote* flexibility and in-office collaboration.

✨Key Responsibilities
Implementation:-

*Lead the deployment and configuration of Trend Micro security suites across diverse client environments (On-premise, Cloud, and Hybrid).
*Support & Maintenance: Provide proactive monitoring and daily administration of security tools to ensure maximum uptime and protection.
*Troubleshooting: Act as the technical point of contact for resolving complex security incidents, policy misconfigurations, and software conflicts related to Trend Micro products.
*Policy Management: Design, implement, and refine security policies (IPS/IDS, Firewall, Anti-Malware, DLP) tailored to specific business needs.
*Optimization: Conduct regular health checks and performance tuning of the security infrastructure.
*Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, SOPs, and incident reports.

✨Technical Requirements
Experience:-
*Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in Cybersecurity or Network Security.
*Trend Micro Expertise (Mandatory): Hands-on experience with at least three of the following is required:
Trend Micro Vision One (XDR)
Apex One (Endpoint Security)
Deep Security / Cloud One (Workload Security)
Deep Discovery Inspector/Analyzer (Network Defense)
TippingPoint (IPS)

*Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, OS security (Windows/Linux), and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
*Certifications: Trend Micro Certified Professional (TMCP) or Trend Micro Certified Security Master (TCSM) is highly preferred.
*Preferred Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while maintaining high productivity.
*Excellent communication skills for client-facing support and internal collaboration.
*Knowledge of broader cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).
