Russel’s Wellness, a Sri Lankan heritage wellness brand in the herbal tea & natural wellness space, is expanding our team! We’re looking for a motivated individual with strong communication and sales follow-up skills.

What You’ll Handle

📌 Convert inbound leads via WhatsApp, calls & social media
📌 Manage CRM entries, follow-ups & order processing
📌 Assist customers with product information
📌 Monitor performance metrics and update reports

Ideal Candidate Profile

✔ Strong communication in English & Sinhala
✔ Confident with WhatsApp & phone conversations
✔ Detail-oriented & fast responder
✔ Familiar with Meta Business Suite / WhatsApp Business
✔ Fresh graduates or candidates with sales/marketing exposure are encouraged to apply
✔ Positive, organized, and customer-focused mindset
