Vacancy: Duty Manager – The Kingsbury PLC

The Kingsbury Colombo, a proud member of the Hayleys Group and one of Sri Lanka’s leading 5-star luxury hotels, is looking for a dynamic and guest-focused professional to join our team as a Duty Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise daily hotel operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and emergencies promptly and professionally.
-Coordinate with all departments to maintain service excellence.
-Support and guide operational staff during shifts.
-Ensure compliance with hotel standards, policies, and safety regulations.

Candidate Profile:
-Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role at a star-class hotel.
-Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
-Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
-A proactive, customer-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
