We’re Hiring – Electrical Engineer (Field Testing)

Are you passionate about fieldwork, problem-solving, and hands-on electrical systems testing?

At Vibhawa Consultants, we’re looking for a dedicated Electrical Engineer – Field Testing to join our growing team of engineers driving innovation across Sri Lanka’s energy and infrastructure sectors.

What you’ll do:

Conduct electrical system testing across diverse projects from small facilities to power plants and floating solar projects.

Perform load flow, protection coordination, and arc flash studies using ETAP.

Carry out thermography surveys (training & certification provided).

What we’re looking for:

Minimum 1-2 years of field experience.

A degree in Electrical Engineering (or HND + currently reading for degree).

A keen eye for detail and an analytical mindset.
