Electronics Engineer
Deadline :- 4th November 2025
We are hiring Electronics Engineers At Spera, we bring robotics to life — and we’re seeking passionate Electronics Engineers to design and build the electronic intelligence that powers our next-generation robots.
If you excel in advanced PCB design, embedded control, and drive system development, this is your opportunity to join a dynamic, innovation-driven team.
Requirements :-
● Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent).
● 1–2 years of hands-on experience in robotics, automation, or embedded system design.
● Strong expertise in advanced PCB design and testing (Altium, KiCad, or EasyEDA).
● Experience in motor drive system design — including DC, BLDC, and servo motor control.
● Proficiency in embedded C/C++ for microcontrollers (e.g., STM32, ESP32, or ARM-based MCUs).
● Understanding of PWM control, power electronics, and current/voltage sensing circuits.
● Experience in testing, debugging, and validation of electronic subsystems.
● Familiarity with signal conditioning, analog and digital circuit design, and EMI/EMC considerations.
Added Advantages:-
● Experience with communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, RS485, Modbus).
● Exposure to sensor integration, feedback control loops, and motion control systems.
● Knowledge of motor driver ICs, H-bridge design, and MOSFET-based switching circuits.
● Familiarity with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) setups and control system simulation tools (MATLAB/Simulink).
● Practical experience in power management, PCB fabrication, and fault analysis. Preferred Qualities
● Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
● Strong attention to detail in circuit design and testing.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
● Passion for robotics, motion control, and hands-on prototyping.
● Commitment to quality, innovation, and continuous learning.
