Job Description
· An up-to-date excellent level of idea on industry trends and New Technology
· Work Closely with the Project Management Team and the Sales Team
· Installation, Configuration and Commissioning of Smart Building Solution Stack
· Preparation of Project/Work Completion Document
· Liaise with Product Vendors/Manufacturers for After-Sales Technical Support
· Training the End-User
Job Specification
· Degree or Professional Qualification in the stream of IT/Networking/Electronics/Telecommunication
· Trade Certification, from Manufacturers for the relevant domain, will be an advantage
Job Experience
· Proven track record with a minimum of 2 years of Technical Support experience at System Integrators or Solution Providers
· Should be able to work in foreign countries for a longer duration
· Communicate fluently in English and Sinhala/Tamil languages
· Knowledge/Experience of Smart Building Solutions/Systems as below:
o Structured Cabling
o Switching/Routing/GPON
o Wireless LAN
o Servers, Storage and OS
o PBX/Unified Communication
o Audio/Video/Multimedia/BGM
