📍 Location: Teejay Lanka PLC – Avissawella

Teejay Lanka PLC, South Asia’s leading knit fabric manufacturer and Sri Lanka’s first multinational textile entity, is on the lookout for a dynamic Executive – Dyeing to join our team and contribute to operational excellence in one of the region’s most advanced dyeing operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities :-

• Schedule and manage lab dips in line with merchandising priorities

• Perform colour matching using advanced tools (DCI Match, Colour Tools, Smart Match)

• Develop precise dye recipes aligned with production specifications

• Calibrate lab equipment and coordinate maintenance with suppliers

• Conduct quality checks on newly received dyestuffs and chemicals

• Communicate with customers to ensure smooth and timely colour approvals

🔹 What We’re Looking For :-

• BSc Degree / Diploma in Textile & Clothing (NDT) or a relevant qualification

• 2+ years of related experience (preferred)

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills

• A proactive, driven individual who thrives under pressure
