We’re hiring: Finance & Administration Manager

The Insights Initiative is looking for a Finance & Administration Manager to lead our finance, administration, and human resources functions as we continue to grow as a research organisation committed to evidence-based policymaking and social cohesion in Sri Lanka.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and day-to-day management, and who’s excited by the opportunity to help shape a young organisation during its formative years.
