FINANCE EXECUTIVE

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assisting timely closure of monthly accounts to achieve reporting deadlines.

Preparation of monthly profitability.

Preparation of product costing.

Recording financial transactions in ERP system.

Supporting to handle accounts receivable and payable functions.

Preparation of monthly reports including bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations and supplier reconciliations.

Assisting in maintaining proper documentation of financial transactions.

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE:

Following a professional qualification in the field of Accountancy and Finance.

3 Year experience in similar capacity.

Experience in an audit is an added advantage.

Sound knowledge in MS office package.

Fluent in english both oral and writing.

Strong interpersonal skills.
