We’re Hiring: Finance Intern!!

We’re looking for a Finance Intern to join our team and support the HR & Finance function in day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and administrative activities. This internship is ideal for someone eager to learn, contribute, and build a strong foundation in finance.

📌 What You’ll Do:-

– Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

– Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with Sri Lankan accounting standards and tax regulations.

– Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.

– Support improvements to financial processes for better efficiency and accuracy.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams including People & Culture and Operations.

– Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and regulations.

📌 What We’re Looking For :-

– Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field

– Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles

– Proficiency in MS Excel (knowledge of tools like Zoho Books is a plus)

– Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

– High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism

– Good communication and organizational skills

– A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
