We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our team and drive financial excellence within our GROUP!

▶ RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the finance department.
2. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
3. Preparing timely and accurate financial statements and submission of financial statements (Actual and Forecast).
4. Oversee internal, external and regulatory audit processes.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
6. Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example.
7. Overseeing and reviewing work done by the finance team members.
8. Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives.
9. Ensures that the P&L is accurate (e.g., costs are properly matched to revenue, costs are recorded in the proper accounts).
10. Participate in strategic financial decision-making processes.
▶ REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with full qualification from CA/ACCA/CIMA
2. 5 to 8 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
3. Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficiency in financial software such as SAP would give a definite advantage.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft office Package (Excel, Presentation)
7. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
8. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy .
