Finance Operations Executive (Tax & Treasury)

Responsibilities: Tax

Company’s tax compliance, planning, and tax returns
Coordinating and overseeing the preparation/registration of all data required for direct and indirect taxes.
Timely reporting to all local authorities
Completion of tax-related accounting procedures and records, including tax reconciliations.
Active participation in external and internal audits

Responsibilities: Treasury

Planning and execution of the company’s treasury
Prepare and update cash planning to ensure availability of funds and execute payment runs.
Monitor cash positions and ensure optimal cash utilization
Execute treasury operations and controls to minimize financial risk
Oversee debts and prepare payment executions in collaboration with internal departments & external partners (banks, suppliers)
Daily banking transaction posting, AP & AR clearing in SAP
Petty cash management
Manage relationships with companies in the Contrinex Group to optimize cash flows.
Oversee all cash transactions, general ledger entries, and timely reconciliations.

Responsibilities: General & Accounting

Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs linked to the position
Liaise with external regulators and advisers (lawyers, auditors)
Develop and oversee systems to ensure compliance with all applicable legal and statutory requirements.
Function as a member of the Finance Team

Responsibilities: Import/Export Administration

Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
Strong knowledge and operational experience with Local Accounting Standards and TAX regulations
Hands-on experience with SAP ERP
Background/knowledge of IFRS will be an added advantage
