Job Title: Front Desk Officer cum Admin Coordinator
**Location: Kaduwela
**Job Responsibilities*:-
• Greet & welcome guests with a smiling face• Answer, screen and forward incoming calls to relevant internal departments and personnel and follow up when needed
• Respond to incoming calls from outsiders by providing accurate information
• Manage CEO’s calendar, follow up and send reminding emails
• Manage the mail bag appropriately
• Manage registered post, normal post and courier letters and parcels in a timely manner
• Get new recruits registered to the finger print machine
• Assist non-executives to apply leave via the system
• Office Administration – Office Stationary management, Overlooking cleaning staff, attendance tracking , plants and pots management, board room booking management
• Manage Message record, mail record, document register and movement book and etc.
*Qualifications & Skills Required*:-
• Young, energetic and friendly personality
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
• Solid written and verbal communication skills in English
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Excellent organizational skills
• Time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
